What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, age, bodyweight, equipment and the injuries you told the coach about
- Every session you have generated or completed, and everything you logged against them
- Your programme, your streaks, your points and your total active minutes
- Your place on the leaderboard, immediately
- Your sign-in itself, so the account no longer exists
It happens straight away and cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no backup we can restore from.
This does not cancel a subscription. Your subscription belongs to your Apple or Google account, not to RekAi — deleting here does not stop it, and you will keep being billed. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play account settings, then come back.
If you used RekAi without an account
Sessions taken without signing in are tied to that installation, not to an email address, so there is nothing to sign in to here. Delete them from inside the app — Profile → Delete my data — or uninstall the app, which leaves nothing that can be traced back to you.
Sign in to confirm it is you
We will not delete an account on somebody's say-so, because the person asking is not always the person who owns it. Signing in is the check.

Your account is gone
Everything stored against it has been deleted. Nothing is left to restore.
Your subscription is still active and is still being billed. RekAi cannot cancel it — do that in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Prefer us to do it?
If you cannot sign in — a lost password, a Sign in with Apple relay address you no longer have, anything else — use the contact form and choose "Privacy or data request". We will verify that the request comes from the account holder and do it by hand within two business days.
